PAYMENT
Payment can be made online by credit card or by mail with a check. Payment in full will be required before the start of the course.
REFUNDS
Once you have completed the enrollment form there will be a grace period of 48 hours in which you will be allowed access to the course materials and exams. If the student does not continue with the course for any reason simply email us at admissions@dsacertification.com and your tuition will be refunded in full once the book and / or 1/2 size blueprints included in the course have been returned to Inspector Academy.
COURSE ACCESS
Payment for any course entitles you to two months of unlimited access to the course for which you have enrolled. If you do not complete the course in the two month period or if your exam date is later than the two month expiration date you may request an extension. Any additional time to be granted will be at the sole discretion of Inspector Academy staff.
The instructor may also grant you additional time if you are having difficulty achieving a passing score on the final exam.
Additional time will be granted at the sole discretion of the course instructor at the time of request from the student.
Access is granted on the condition that the Paying student is the sole user of the materials and exams provided here. In addition special permission will need to be obtained for access from multiple locations.
COURSE RENEWAL
A course renewal fee will be charged in order to access the study materials beyond the time of the original 2 month subscription and any approved extensions on access. Extensions of time will not be granted beyond the longer of the 2 month subscription or your exam date.

Free with our Courses: Half size blue prints are available for all the plan reading courses delivered to your mailing address via UPS Ground. Rush orders requiring overnight delivery inside California will require a $35.00 additional charge. |
GETTING STARTED
Once you have paid your tuition fees we will process your order and you will be able to access the course materials usually within 24 hours. You will receive and "Enrollment Confirmation" which will give you a Login and Password that you can use to access the course.
The first time you access the non-public parts of the Inspector Academy website you will be asked to download a "Plug-in" for your compute called "Copysafe". This is a small copyright security program that will function only when you are on the Inspector Academy website. You will not be able to print any materials from our website. Please try to use Microsoft "Internet Explorer" or "Netscape" browsers as "Copysafe" sometimes has difficulties with the "AOL" browser's advertising.
You can study at your own pace and you may take the practice exams as often as you like within the 2 month subscription period.

We reserve the right to deny access to any user who shares the course materials with another individual or who violates any other condition for access at any time. Participating in one of our online courses does NOT guarantee that you will pass an exam. |
